At Radhika Collections, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth, hassle-free, and enjoyable.

Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Eligibility

Products can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery, only if the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be in its original packaging.

  • Product must not be used, worn, or damaged.

  • Product must include all original tags.

  • Items purchased during a sale/offer are not eligible for return.

  • Premium Ethnic Wear and Customized Products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return / Exchange Request Process

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • A parcel opening video must be recorded and shared with us to validate return claims.

  • A courier charge of ₹100 will be applicable for returns & exchanges.

Return Conditions

  • Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it and inform you about the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange is applicable for a different size only.

  • The exchanged product will be delivered within the normal delivery timeline mentioned on the product page.

  • At the time of delivery, the delivery executive will verify the returned item.

  • If the item is not in proper condition, the exchange will be denied.

  • Once exchanged, the product cannot be returned or exchanged again.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund within 4–5 business days.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
